Frontier Property Services Ltd are a family run business experiencing sustained growth.
As such we are looking for an experienced Multi Trade to join the team.
You will need to be proficient in general maintenance, demonstrate competence in responsive repairs and planned maintenance; be able to do basic plumbing, electrics, tiling and decorating. You must have experience within the social housing sector.
Duties of this role will include but not limited to:
- Day to day property maintenance repairs
- Lock changes and gaining entry
- Plumbing such as tap changes and replacing toilet siphons
- Painting and decorating
- Plastering
- Floor laying
- Bathroom suite installations
- Kitchen fitting
- Fencing
Out of hours cover (on a rota basis and paid at an additional rate)
We need somebody that is professional, takes pride in their work, and are punctual and reliable. The right person should be flexible and self-motivated and an excellent communicator, this is essential for us to maintain our customer relationships.
