Salary: £16,000 - 18,000 (subject to qualifications)
Working Hours: Flexible (Admin) and fixed 2.45-6 Monday - Friday

Impact Wrap Around Care is looking for a motivated, organised and caring individual to join our team as a Wrap Around Care Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a fun, safe and engaging childcare environment for primary school children while working closely with schools, staff and parents.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our provision runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, organisation and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed appropriately
- Serving as the appointed First Aider
- Liaising daily with schools regarding behaviour matters, safeguarding concerns and hall usage
- Sending daily registers and maintaining accurate attendance records
- Responding to email queries from parents, staff and external partners
- Ensuring toys and equipment are maintained, updated and compliant with health and safety standards
- Holding meetings with parents regarding behaviour concerns and support strategies
- Maintaining up-to-date medical information for all children in line with Ofsted requirements
- Building positive working relationships with parents, staff and the wider school community
- Supporting the running of Wrap Around Holiday Camps during half terms (8:00am – 4:00pm)

Experience working in schools, childcare, sports coaching or wrap around care would be beneficial.
