We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and reliable Complex Carer to join our growing homecare team, supporting clients in Little Neston, Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated healthcare professionals seeking flexible, ongoing work with competitive pay and the opportunity for block bookings or permanent placements.
We offer a variety of shifts to suit your availability, including:
- 12-hour shifts
- Day shifts
- Night shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
- Bank Holidays
Your duties will include:
- Providing personal and intimate care with dignity and respect.
- Administering medication in accordance with care plans and company policies.
- Assisting with moving and handling, including the use of hoists and other specialist equipment.
- Supporting clients with meals, hydration, and daily living routines.
- Assisting with community access and social activities where appropriate.
- Providing emotional reassurance and behavioural support.
- Carrying out overnight monitoring and reassurance when required.
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any changes in the client's condition.
- Following individual care plans, safeguarding procedures, and clinical protocols at all times.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 1 year's UK healthcare experience in a similar role.
- A current Enhanced DBS registered with the DBS Update Service.
- A hardworking, flexible, and adaptable approach, with the ability to respond quickly to changing care needs.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
