As Associate Director, you will be an integral part of their growth and help with the new business pitches and subsequently the onboarding of new schemes. You will also be part of the recruitment process for the team working beneath you, this will include Block Managers, Junior Block Managers and Assistants. There will be no portfolio for this position which will really allow you to take more of an operational stance and focus on the streamlining of processes.

This role will entail:
-Team Management as outlined above
-Recruitment for new team members
-New business – pitching and onboarding as well as driving forward growth.
-Being a point of escalation for team members
-Attending management meetings with the leaders of the business
-Keeping up to date with industry legislation so that you are best positioned to advise your team.
-Monitoring KPIs as well as profitability.
What is required
-AIRPM or MIRPM qualifications
-5 years industry experience
-Experience managing a team
-Service driven
-Well presented
