Garage Style Ltd is the UK’s leading premium garage transformation brand. We design and install high-end garage interiors, floor systems, lighting and storage solutions for homeowners who want their garage to look as good as the rest of their home.
Our work is trusted by celebrities, professional athletes, influencers, luxury car collectors and high-net-worth clients across the UK and our brand is growing fast.
Garage Style is looking for an ambitious Junior Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build a career in digital marketing and learn how to create, manage and optimise marketing campaigns that generate real leads, sales and revenue.
You’ll work across Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, retargeting, landing pages and campaign analytics, learning how each channel works together to acquire customers profitably.
We’re not looking for someone who already knows everything. We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, analytical, creative and obsessed with improving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating and managing Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Assist with creating and managing Google Ads, including Search, Display and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor advertising performance including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates.
- Help test different audiences, offers, creatives, headlines and advertising copy.
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns to prospects and existing customers.
- Help create automated email follow-up and nurture sequences.
- Assist with retargeting campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Work with the content team to identify and develop advertising creatives that convert.
- Help create and improve landing pages and lead-generation funnels.
- Carry out A/B testing across advertisements, emails and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance and produce simple weekly reports.
- Identify campaigns that are performing well and opportunities to scale them.
- Keep up to date with developments across Meta, Google and digital marketing.
- Learn how marketing activity connects directly to leads, sales and company revenue.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of experience. This is a junior position with the opportunity to learn and develop quickly.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in digital marketing and advertising.
- Understands the basics of platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads, or is eager to learn them.
- Is comfortable working with numbers and analysing performance.
- Has strong attention to detail.
- Is confident using technology and learning new software.
- Can think both creatively and analytically.
- Is willing to test ideas, learn from results and continuously improve.
- Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Understands that successful marketing is ultimately about generating profitable customers, not just likes, clicks and impressions.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, CRM systems or landing-page software would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
What You’ll Learn
This role is designed to develop into a well-rounded performance marketer.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in:
Meta Ads Google Ads Email Marketing CRM Retargeting Lead Generation Copywriting Landing Pages Conversion Optimisation Analytics A/B Testing Customer Acquisition ROAS
Progression
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.
As your skills and results develop, there will be an opportunity to take increasing responsibility for advertising budgets, campaigns and overall marketing performance, with progression towards a Performance Marketing Executive / Performance Marketing Manager position.
The Person We’re Looking For
We’re more interested in attitude, ability and ambition than a perfect CV.
