EARLY YEARS TEACHER
Our “Outstanding” nursery schools are looking for a qualified Early Years teacher to join our friendly, dedicated team.
We are a small group of highly regarded, family owned nursery schools in Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster.
Our ideal candidate will be a warm, friendly team player with a sound knowledge of the EYFS. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, dedicated and passionate person to join us. We will encourage you to continue learning and expanding your knowledge of teaching through further training and experience.
Start date – September 2026
Full Time & Part Time roles
Full Time 40 hours per week
Part Time 28 hours per week

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
A full and relevant Level 3 qualification or higher, a Montessori Diploma or an Early Years Degree. You will have excellent written and spoken English and be a good communicator.
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous professional development.

Responsibilities:
- To promote and safeguard the welfare of pupils
- To comply with the School’s Safeguarding and Child Protection policy and ensure that any concerns relating to the safety or welfare of children are reported to the DesignatedSafeguarding Lead.
- To develop the social and communication skills of children and provide a safe and secure environment in which the child can learn
- To foster a love of learning in all pupils
- To have a secure knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and its statutory requirements
- Manage daily activities within the nursery, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support children's learning and development.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to inform future planning.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
