The Role
We are looking for exceptional highly skilled site MF ceiling fixers to work on a prestigious project in Oxfordshire. Working on Price and on Day Rate with highly competitive rates of pay.
As a Ceiling Fixer for Quest Joinery, you will be integral to the construction process, focusing on the final stages of carpentry work. Reporting to the site supervisor, your role involves utilising core skills such as hand tools, joinery, and power tools to ensure high-quality finishes on this remarkable project. A valid Skilled Worker CSCS card is essential for this position, ensuring compliance with safety standards on-site. Responsibilities
- Fix ceiling frameworks using appropriate fixings and support structures
- Use hand tools, power tools, using MEWPs and PECO lift safely to complete installations efficiently
- Read technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate fitting
- Collaborate with other trades such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers to coordinate work effectively
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times during installation processes
Role is Monday-Friday 0700-1630 with weekend and extra hours available when required for approximately a 40 week period.
Skills
- Proven experience in MF ceiling fixing.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and MEWPs and PECO lift safely and effectively
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations on construction sites
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail

- CSCS Card
- CIS Registered
