We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and leading cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and overall market presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Oversee content marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and advertising initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse key marketing metrics to improve ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement programmes.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Mentor and support junior marketing team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and performance reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or marketing reporting platforms.
- Understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
- Professional marketing qualifications such as CIM certifications are advantageous.

Pay: £48,000.00-£56,000.00 per year
