An amazing opportunity to become a member of our Out of School Club Senior Leadership Team has arisen, within our setting Bubbles @ Sir Francis Hill.
To be considered for this exciting role, you will need a minimum of 2 years previous experience within the childcare sector and to be passionate about providing the highest level of care for children before and after school. You will need a sound understanding of Safeguarding and be able to work in line and comply with Policies and Procedures.
The successful candidate must be confident in leading a staff team and able to lead by example, be motivational and have a fun and energetic outlook. To be reliable, have excellent communication skills and able to develop strong relations with professionals, parents, staff and children. This role will work towards having responsibility for the club on a day-to-day basis, with the support from our Senior Manager.
You must be willing to attend training courses where necessary and/or complete online training courses as required.
An ability to plan and provide engaging and varied activities, to be creative and imaginative is required. Experience and understanding of reflective practise is desirable and an ability to put forward ideas constructively.
Experience of completing risk assessments, along with adhering to those already in place is preferable.
A DBS will be completed and safeguarding checks carried out.
Rate of pay to be negotiated, depending on experience.
