We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and communal areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a pristine appearance
- Dispose of waste materials responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to supervisors for swift resolution
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistent standards of hygiene
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated shifts
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
