As a trade-only specialist, we pride ourselves on delivering bespoke, tailor-made holidays to Italy, Spain, Portugal, and a curated selection of European cities. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Reservations Specialist to join our friendly, professional team.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you will be the point of contact for travel agents, crafting high-quality itineraries and managing bookings from enquiry to completion. You will join a supportive office environment where your industry expertise will be truly valued.
Key Requirements
- Travel Industry Experience: Previous sales experience within the travel industry is essential for this role.
- Communication: An excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with our trade partners.
- Skill Set: Outstanding organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet in a busy environment.
- Knowledge: While full product training is provided, a general knowledge of Italy, Spain, and Portugal is a significant advantage.
