As a Team Member, you will be providing exceptional service to our guests. Your role will involve ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, and assisting with food preparation. You will play a crucial part in delivering a memorable dining experience while adhering to food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help chefs where needed
- Pack take-away/delivery orders correctly and efficiently
Experience
- Previous restaurant experience is essential
- Expirience in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in serving or customer service roles is beneficial, particularly in a hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards.
Pay: £8.00-£13.00 per hour
