The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of complex IT and digital change across the Group.
This is a senior delivery role, focused on running projects end-to-end, from shaping scope and plans through to delivery, go-live and adoption. The work includes involvement in ERP transformation (including SAP S/4HANA ), alongside wider business and IT initiatives.
You will work across business and technology teams, managing stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams to ensure projects are structured, controlled and delivered to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing
Leading delivery of complex IT and digital projects or major workstreams
Owning scope, plans, timelines and delivery outcomes
Managing stakeholders across business and IT
Driving alignment across functions and resolving issues and dependencies
Leading structured workshops to define requirements, shape solutions and drive decisions
Managing suppliers and delivery partners, including system integrators
Overseeing delivery through all phases (design, build, testing, go-live)
Managing risks, issues and delivery challenges proactively
Providing clear reporting and driving timely decisions
Ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes
What we’re looking for
Strong experience delivering IT or digital projects in complex environments
Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery and take ownership of outcomes
Experience working across business and IT in multi-stakeholder environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing suppliers or delivery partners
Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex or unclear situations
Comfortable working at pace and driving delivery forward
Location: Leeds with the ability to travel across different sites
