What you'll do:
- Lead and support the design and development of mechanical engineering projects.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and engineering support to project teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Review designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
- Identify engineering risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Support project planning, testing, commissioning, and implementation activities.
- Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with supplier and contractor coordination where required.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular technical updates.
- Contribute to innovation and the development of engineering best practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in mechanical engineering, design engineering, project engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, energy, construction, or a related engineering environment is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles and engineering standards.
- Experience using engineering software or CAD tools is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Relevant engineering qualifications or professional certifications are welcomed but not essential where suitable experience is demonstrated.

Pay: £5,800.00-£8,200.00 per month
