Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee operations at our Chichester store. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage teams effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that our standards of service and operational efficiency are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Staff management: Recruiting, training and developing employees; Creating and managing staff schedules
- Customer service: Ensuring a high level of customer service and handling customer complaints
- Inventory management: Performing weekly stock takes and reports; Analyzing sales and inventory reports to drive to revenue targets.
- Store cleanliness: Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation; ensuring safety procedures are followed
- Marketing: Implementing in-store marketing material and POP
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Subway; Maintaining health and food safety codes
- Cash management: Managing cash balances and minimizing wastage
- Paperwork: Preparing required paperwork, including employee pay and timesheets
