An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Halifax, supporting young people who have experienced trauma and adversity.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of the children's home
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations
- Create a positive, child-focused culture that delivers exceptional outcomes
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing care team
- Oversee safeguarding, care planning and risk management processes
- Build effective relationships with local authorities and external professionals
- Monitor service performance, quality assurance and occupancy levels
- Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the home
- Produce accurate reports and performance data in line with organisational requirements
About You
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential setting
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements
- Proven track record of leading successful children's residential services
- Ability to build, develop and retain high-performing teams
- Passion for achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Commitment to therapeutic and trauma-informed care practices
