Level 3 Early Years Educator – £13.48 per hour
Level 6 / QTS / EYTS – £14.05 per hour
Work more than 6 hours? Your 30-minute lunch break is paid, and lunch is provided.

No previous Montessori experience is required. We will provide training and support to help you develop your knowledge and practice.

About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will work as part of our Early Years team to provide high-quality care and education for our children.
Your role will include:
- Building warm and secure relationships with children
- Supporting children's learning and development through meaningful play and experiences
- Providing a stimulating and well-prepared learning environment
- Supporting children's personal care, routines and wellbeing
- Observing and supporting children's individual development
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers
- Working collaboratively with colleagues
- Following the EYFS, nursery policies and safeguarding procedures
- Contributing ideas and taking an active role in nursery life
What We're Looking For
You will need:
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Good, consistent experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting
- Good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- A warm, caring and professional approach
- Reliability and confidence working as part of a team
- A genuine commitment to high-quality Early Years care and education
- A strong commitment to safeguarding children
We also welcome applications from practitioners with Level 6 qualifications, QTS or EYTS, for whom our higher pay rate applies.
Pay
Level 3 Early Years Educator – £13.48 per hour
