Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Night Transport Supervisor to lead our overnight logistics operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the safe and efficient movement of freight during nighttime hours, ensuring all transportation activities align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Duties
- Supervise nightly transportation activities, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with customers and drivers and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage transportation management systems ensuring the system is kept up to date with any changes.
- Maintain records of delivery times
- Deal with vehicle breakdowns
- Ensure company KPI's are met
- Variety of transport administration tasks
- Collecting and dropping of Vehicles and trailers for service and inspection.
Skills
- Experience in refrigerated logistics
- Full understanding of EU rules on drivers hours.
- Excellent computer skills including use of excel.
- Knowledge of customs clearance would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

Pay: Up to £17.00 per hour
