Day Rate: £12.71 – £13.50 per hour
Night Rate: £14.50 per hour
Overtime: +£1.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Provide personalised support based on individual care plans
- Assist with personal care while promoting dignity and choice
- Support daily living tasks: cooking, cleaning, budgeting, shopping
- Encourage hobbies, social activities and community participation
- Accompany individuals to appointments and planned activities
- Maintain a safe, clean and homely environment
- Follow safeguarding, medication and risk management procedures
- Use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies
- Keep accurate records and report concerns promptly
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and professionals
About You
Essential:
- Experience in care or support (paid or voluntary)
- Experience supporting individuals with additional needs
- Willing to complete the Care Certificate
- Compassionate, patient and values‑led
- Reliable, professional and able to remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable supporting personal care
- Able to work flexibly (days, nights, weekends, bank holidays)
Desirable:
- Autism or Learning Disabilities experience
- Supported Living experience
- Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care
- Medication administration experience
- Full UK driving licence
