Duties:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other designated areas of the hotel
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste materials properly
- Ensure all areas are well-stocked with supplies and amenities
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts as needed
Skills:
- Hotel: Familiarity with hotel operations, including housekeeping procedures and standards.
