Secondary Supply Teacher Required – September Start
Paragon Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work in a range of welcoming secondary schools across Droitwich Spa from September 2026.

This role is ideal for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain experience in different school settings while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
The Role
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across your specialist subject or provide general cover where required.
- Follow school lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning.
- Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom expectations.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and pupil engagement.
- Build positive relationships with students and school staff.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
- Is confident delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is desirable but not essential).
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Is reliable, flexible and professional.
- Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
