Responsibilities:
- Finish off / Decorate baked sponges
- Preparation of Desserts to include following recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Operate kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or kitchen environment is preferred, but training given on site
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
