What does our Sales Administrator actually do?
- Processing customer orders, quotation and other customer related requests and queries. Support the Damp and Mould Solutions sales functions and strive to an effortless experience for our customers.
- Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
- Configure CRM settings, workflows, and user roles based on organizational requirements.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data entry, cleansing, and maintenance.
- Develop and enforce data quality standards and protocols.
- Conduct regular data audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide ongoing support to CRM users, addressing technical issues and user inquiries.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on CRM functionalities and best practices.
- Create and update user documentation and manuals.
- Generate and distribute regular CRM reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.
- Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with departments to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work with IT and other departments to integrate the CRM system with other business applications.
- Stay up-to-date with CRM software updates and new features, and implement relevant changes.
- Lead CRM enhancement projects to optimize system capabilities and user experience.
