Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including food production and service.

- Support team management by training new staff, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients at all times.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth serving processes and timely delivery of dishes.
- Participate in menu planning, inventory control, and ordering supplies to optimize kitchen efficiency.
