Personal Care Assistant

Pay Rate: £15 per hour from 1st April 2026.
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, flexible and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to
support our son on a weekly basis. providing
one-to-one care and assistance to help him feel safe, comfortable, and engaged throughout
the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs
- Assist with daily routines and activities
- Support with mobility
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Engage in meaningful activities and companionship
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times
About You
- Kind, patient, and understanding
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to build a trusting and respectful relationship
- Comfortable working in a family home environment
