```Duties:```
- Perform computer hardware and software installations, upgrades, and repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose computer issues and provide timely solutions
- Set up and configure computer networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Install and configure computer peripherals such as printers, scanners, and cameras
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment specifications
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
```Requirements:```
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Familiarity with hand tools and electronic testing equipment
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with end-users
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
