PLUMBER – BIRMINGHAM
Under 1 Roof Co. is looking for an experienced Plumber to support the maintenance of approximately 98 residential properties across Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reactive plumbing repairs
- Leak detection and repairs
- Tap, toilet and shower repairs
- HIU units expert
- Pipework repairs and replacements
- Cylinder and water system maintenance
- Emergency call-outs when required
- Reporting works completed
Requirements:
- Proven plumbing experience
- Own vehicle and tools
- Ability to provide invoices and job reports
- Good customer service skills
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- NVQ Plumbing Qualification
- Water Regulations knowledge
- Experience within residential property maintenance
