Job Summary
We are a high-quality luxury frozen dessert manufacturer based on the Powys/Shropshire border in Welshpool. Due to continued expansion and growth, we are now looking to expand our well-established Maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a maintenance background whether it be electrical, mechanical or both. This position is full time working Monday to Friday - double day shift (6-2 / 1.30-9.30) rotating weekly with optional overtime on Saturday mornings.
We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, systems, and facilities. - Proven experience in maintenance engineering within manufacturing or industrial environments desireable.
- Level 2 Engineering qualifaction minimal requirement.
- Strong mechanical / electrical knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience within food manufacturing would be desireable.
Pay: £36,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
