Beal Homes are a private, family-owned residential housebuilder operating across East Yorkshire & Northern Lincolnshire. Having moved to a new, £5M purpose-built office in Hessle, the company is primed for future growth and is now looking for a Site Labourer for one of our sites based in Goole.
Role Objectives
We require an Experienced Site Labourer to carry out general labouring duties in order to assist in the construction of quality new homes on a continuous basis.
The scope of the role is to perform Site Labourer duties in accordance with the instructions of the Site Manager and all statutory regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities
- Loading, unloading and moving materials. This will include the manual handling of heavy and awkward materials
- Ensuring materials are stored securely
- Ensuring the site is kept tidy at all times
- Sweeping, cleaning and tidying welfare facilities and Site Managers office
- Assisting the Site Manager to ensure operatives have required materials
- Assisting the Site Manager and Forklift Operative to ensure the site is kept secure at all times
- Assisting the Site Manager with general duties as requested
- Ensuring Health and Safety responsibilities are adhered to at all times
