The Vacancy
TPT Retirement Solutions is one of the UK’s leading providers of workplace pensions with over 80 years’ experience of managing defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. We are currently seeking an Employer Support Assistant to ensure outstanding service is delivered to our employers, members and colleagues.
You will be responsible for:
Providing assistance and support to employers using TPT’s pension arrangements.
Delivering customer focused support to members & employers by advising and answering their queries via email or telephone, ensuring prompt resolution.
Following clear procedures for uploading and validating contribution data.
Maintaining accurate, high-quality data for benefit calculations and payments.
Processing data amendments.
Supporting new scheme onboarding and transfers.
Resolving auto-enrolment and payment queries.
Administering the employer portal.
Testing and supporting systems for data submissions.
Liaising with third party providers.
Developing knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Skills and experience
This role requires candidates to have a good level of Math’s and English with GCSE grade C/ 4 or above (or equivalent).
Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
A professional approach at all times with good customer service and team working skills.
Able to manage own workload with excellent attention to detail.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn
TPT Retirement solutions operates a hybrid working pattern with 2 days per week in the office. We have a brand new office located in the centre of Leeds (approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the train station)
