Personal Assistant Required Renfrewshire
Outdoor loving 59 old male looking for a PA on a Monday 9-7pm, 10 hours per week.
Living with young onset Alzheimer’s.
Caring & Compassionate Individual
Must like dogs, rabbits and chickens
Ideally a hillwalker. Definitely someone who loves being outside walking, bird watching, biking, hiking.
No personal care required at present
As Alzheimer’s is a progressive disease, ideally we are looking for someone to build an ongoing friendship, and that the role and hours could grow over time.
PVG check will be required

Duties
- Plan facilitate and support social activities including attendance at a fortnightly hillwalking group
- Support medication administration according to care plans, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare meals when required
- Implement behavior management techniques for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's to promote calmness and cooperation.
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed, ensuring safe transportation. Motability car provided
Qualification:
- Experience with Alzheimer's care is a plus
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for transportation duties. Motability car provided
Pay: £14.50 per hour
