Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous Housekeeper to join our team in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality services.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas following hotel standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Dust and polish furniture
- Empty bins and dispose of waste
- Report any maintenance issues to the relevant department
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
