SearchWorks Construction is working with an established construction consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of major healthcare projects.
You’ll take responsibility for projects from the initial brief through to completion, coordinating design teams, contractors and key stakeholders while ensuring programmes are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading projects through pre-construction and delivery
- Managing programmes, budgets, risks and project reporting
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and client teams
- Administering contracts and managing change
- Maintaining strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Strong consultancy-side project management experience
- Experience delivering complex construction or refurbishment projects
- Knowledge of NEC contracts
- Healthcare or hospital project experience is desirable
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- A relevant construction qualification, with chartership advantageous
