Job Role Description:
As a Front of House Team Member, you will deliver a refined yet relaxed guest experience, combining the warmth of a traditional pub with the standards of high-end hospitality. You’ll be the face of the business, ensuring every guest receives attentive, knowledgeable, and personable service from arrival through to departure.
You will ensure the front-of-house environment is immaculate, well-presented, and welcoming at all times, reflecting the quality of the offer. Working closely with the bar and kitchen teams, you will help deliver smooth, well-paced service, particularly during busy periods.
We are looking for a candidate with experince in a faced paced enviromen and will be polished, professional, and genuinely passionate about food, drink, and hospitality. You will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service – Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure
- Food and drink service excellence – Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages with precision and care, demonstrating strong knowledge of menus, specials, and premium drinks
- Maintain high standards of presentation – Ensure the dining and bar areas are consistently clean, organised, and presented to a high standard, reflecting the quality of the venue
- Collaborate for smooth service – Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient, well-paced service, particularly during peak periods
- Uphold hospitality standards by promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Experience
- Proven experience within a bar/restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Background in serving or hospitality roles that emphasise customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Pay: £12.85-£15.00 per hour
