Job Summary
To develop, enhance and deliver service offerings within identified areas and drive efforts in Pre sales, creation of frameworks and assets and people capability building.
Key Responsibilities
1. To Guide, Manage, Develop And Engage The Team For Enhanced Productivity And Building Capability
2. To Identify New Opportunities And Areas And Initiate Solution / Framework Development
3. To Manage Relationship With Customers To Proactively Understand Their Needs And Ensure High Customer Satisfaction Scores And Down-Stream Revenue
4. To Plan, Grow And Sustain Practice Area Through Pre-Sales And Proposal Defense
5. To Track And Review Identified Projects And Engagements For First Time Right Delivery (E.G. Platinum Or Other Identified Accounts) Or Where The Practice May Be The Primary Owner For The Customer
Skill Requirements
1. Expert proficiency in SoC architecture and integration, leveraging Verilog and C/C++ for complex hardware/software co-design.
2. Excellent knowledge of UVM-based verification methodologies for digital design validation.
3. Excellent technical leadership in architecting scalable and secure chip designs.
4. Advanced proficiency in synthesizing, simulating, and optimizing SoC systems using industry-standard EDA tools.
5. Excellent analytical skills for translating business goals into technical solutions and design strategies.
Other Requirements
1. Recommended: Certified Verification Engineer (CVE) or equivalent UVM/SoC certification.
2. Optional but valuable: ARM Accredited Engineer, IEEE Certified Professional in Chip Design.
