Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and decorative coatings using brushes, rollers, sprayers, or other tools with precision and care
- Interpret project specifications and work closely with clients or project managers to achieve desired aesthetic results
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste responsibly
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards
- Conduct routine inspections during projects to ensure quality control and address any touch-ups or adjustments needed.
