Location: London (4 Days Office / 1 Day Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits

The Role
As Senior Menswear Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in developing commercially successful graphic collections for leading high street retailers and brands.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of trend-led menswear graphics across multiple product categories.
Research and identify emerging trends across streetwear, fashion, music, sport, and youth culture.
Translate trend insights into commercially relevant graphic concepts and seasonal collections.
Manage the design process from initial concept through to sample approval.
Work closely with internal design, sales, and product teams to deliver successful collections.
Build strong relationships with customers and help present innovative design solutions.

We're looking for a creative and commercially minded designer who understands what resonates with today's menswear consumer.
Essential Experience , the basics needed
Proven and recent experience within menswear graphic design, gained from a fashion retailer, brand, or supplier environment.
Strong understanding of the UK high street and current streetwear trends.
Excellent graphic, typography, and print design skills.
Experienced with Licensed product r
Commercial awareness and the ability to design with the customer and consumer in mind.
Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Eligible to work in the UK and able to commute to the London office four days per week.
