Full time contract - 40 hours per week.
Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
Friday: 08:00 - 14:00
Due to the field nature of this role, overtime will be required. Core business hours are 6am - 6pm so early starts may be required to meet the demands of the field side of this role. It is anticipated that the role will include roughly any 3 days at our Plant, and any 2 days between Client Sites.

Split between our Warehouse in Crumlin and sites across the South West, this is a fast paced role. The Warehouse & Field Operative is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple environments and supporting different business functions. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our Warehouse, Workshop, and Site Operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in Warehousing, Workshop, or site-based work (desirable but not essential).
- A hardworking ‘can-do’ attitude to all aspects of work.
- Communication skills and punctuality.
- Ability to use own initiative and problem solve.
- Forklift Truck License to RTITB accreditation (essential).
- Full UK Manual Driver’s License (essential).
The Role:
Includes but is not limited to:
Warehouse/Workshop (Plant) Support
Assisting the Warehouse Lead:
- Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes.
- Following all health and safety, and company standards and procedures.
- Conducting all warehouse/workshop housekeeping duties inline with Company procedures and standards (daily, weekly, monthly duties).
- Picking, packing and preparing materials for projects.
- Keeping the overall Plant organised, clean and compliant to include maintenance of external areas.
- Ensuring waste is disposed of correctly, in the right skips/waste bins.
- Loading/unloading vehicles and preparing for projects.
- Assisting with the transfer of materials in and out of the Workshop, and general labour duties within the Plant as required.
Site Support (Field Operations)
- Delivering materials, tools, and equipment to project sites across the South West region.
- Assisting site teams with general labouring and setup tasks as and when required.
- Ensuring safe handling, transport, and storage of materials.
- Representing the Company professionally while on client sites.
- Collecting materials from suppliers, and transporting across sites.
