Duties
- Providing a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, and styling tailored to client preferences
- Managing client appointments efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through personalised care and professional advice
- Delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk, including greeting clients and handling enquiries
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hairdressing (level 2 or above)
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients professionally and confidently
- Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a positive work environment
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable manner
- Self-motivated with organisational skills necessary for managing your own business operations as a self-employed stylist
