We are looking for a skilled and friendly Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
As a Bartender you will be making sure every guest has a great experience from the moment they arrive in the Restaurant to when they leave. You will work as part of the overall team to make sure we give all our guests a warm welcome through to a fond farewell, always striving to be the best we can be.
Bem Brasil is a traditional Brazilian rodizio, with a focus on high quality food and exceptional standards of service. We are currently recruiting for a full time/Part time team member at Bem Brasil in Deansgate.
The ideal candidate will have over 2-year experience in restaurants and have a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Take orders from restaurant staff
- Mix cocktails according to recipes and standards
- Recommend drinks and pairings with menu items
- Check ID and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area and equipment
- Restock inventory, garnishes, and supplies
- Work closely with servers and kitchen team
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience needed
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
