We are looking for a passionate, driven, and resourceful Conference Producer to join our expanding team. You will be tasked with delivering commercially successful, well-attended and critically respected conferences.

Main responsibilities: research & write the conference programme, identify & secure a full speaker faculty, drive the commercial development & strategy of the event, and manage the project from inception, through to completion and post-production.
This role will include international travel to events.
Desired skillsets:
· Educated to a good level with excellent spoken & written English. Second language (Spanish, French or German), is a bonus but not required.
· 6-12 months of experience within conference production preferred but not essential.
· Compelling communication skills; this role requires persistence, persuasion & bags of personality.
· Target-driven with a resilient work ethic.
· The ability to develop strong professional relationships both internally & externally.
· Client focused: empathetic, with strong client relationship skills.
· Brimming with confidence, whilst being able to listen & act on feedback.
· Deadline focused with strong attention to detail; capable of multi-tasking, able to deliver projects on time & on occasion, under pressure.
· Strong written and verbal communication with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority.
