Trainee Car Sales Executive

C Russell Auto Sales is a busy, long-established family-run dealership, supplying approximately 1,000 vehicles each year throughout Northern Ireland, Ireland and Great Britain.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a friendly, motivated and reliable person to join our team as a Trainee Car Sales Executive.
Previous motor-trade or sales experience is not essential. We are looking for someone with the right attitude who is keen to learn—we will provide full training in our sales process, vehicles, finance products and customer service standards.
The role will include:
- Welcoming customers and helping them find the right vehicle
- Responding to telephone, online and social-media enquiries
- Learning how to present vehicles and conduct test drives
- Assisting the existing sales team with customer follow-ups
- Preparing vehicle adverts and checking vehicle information
- Learning about finance applications, warranties and vehicle handovers
- Keeping the showroom and sales areas organised
- Providing a professional and friendly experience from first enquiry through to collection
The ideal candidate will:
- Be confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with customers
- Have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Be reliable, organised and presentable
- Have good written, telephone and basic computer skills
- Work well as part of a busy team
- Take pride in providing excellent customer service
- Hold a full UK driving licence

Working week: Monday to Saturday,
Salary: Competitive basic salary plus performance-related bonus
