Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join our team at our Head Office based in Warrington.
As a key member of the HR function, you will provide efficient administrative support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.
Your Key Responsibilities and Duties Will Include:
- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the HR function
- Monitor and respond to HR requests via our HR information system
- Process changes to colleagues' terms and conditions
- Manage the leaver process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
- Produce, issue and maintain HR correspondence and letters
- Update and maintain colleague records on the HR information system
- Monitor and track colleagues' right to work documentation
- Track SIA licences and DBS, liaising with site management where required
- Provide note-taking support during sensitive and high-risk cases
- Assist with reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures
- Support the wider HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR Administration role
- A good understanding of HR processes and employment practices
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential)
Additional Details:
- Part-time position, 25 hours per week
- Flexible working hours to support work-life balance
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Hybrid working arrangements available
- Minimum requirement of three days per week in the office initially
