Overview
We are seeking a 1 dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments. This role requires effective communication skills, a customer service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently and manage team. Shifts will be Mon - Fri - 9 hours per week evening shifts.
Responsibilities
- Organise and support cleaning operatives
- liaise with client to to ensure cleaning needs are met
- Manage cleaning stock and update line manager of concerns
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors; clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures.
- Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and effectively.
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
- Follow established protocols for cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A proactive attitude with the drive to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
