Breakfast Chef
A well-established hotel in Belfast is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join its kitchen team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys preparing high-quality breakfast service and takes pride in delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.
The role
As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering breakfast service to the highest standards while supporting the wider kitchen operation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast to exceptional standards.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and service.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Complete all food preparation efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with stock ordering and stock rotation.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Contribute to achieving departmental quality and service standards.
- Support and train colleagues where appropriate.
The ideal candidate
You will have:
- Previous experience in a Breakfast Chef or similar chef role.
- A passion for fresh, high-quality food.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
- A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
- Good spoken English.

Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
