Duties
- Provide tailored support to individuals in their homes or care settings, helping with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
- Assist with the implementation and review of care plans to ensure all needs are met effectively and compassionately.
- Drive clients safely to appointments, social outings
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients, and family
- Support clients in engaging with community activities and social events to promote well-being and independence.
- Follow health and safety protocols rigorously to ensure a secure environment for everyone involved.
Skil
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of building trusting relationships through active listening and clear dialogue.
- Experience working within a care home or home care setting is preferred, with an understanding of care plans and individual needs.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures relevant to personal support work.
