What you’ll do
- Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for guests.
- Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff in bartending techniques, customer service skills, and product knowledge.
- Manage scheduling and shift assignments to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and order supplies as needed to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Availability Friday-Sunday essential.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in bar management.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology techniques, and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
