We're looking for an experienced Head of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to lead and shape our Third-Party Risk Management function across Bupa Global, India & UK (BGIUK). This is a strategic leadership role with significant visibility across the organisation.
As Head of TPRM, you'll play a key role in strengthening our risk management approach, supporting regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement and helping the business make confident, informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the BGIUK Third Party Risk Management function.
- Own and maintain the BGIUK TPRM Framework, including all of the related documentation
- Responsible for providing expert advice and guidance relating to relevant TPRM regulatory requirements.
- Develop practical guidance supporting the TPRM Framework.
- Support engagement, reporting and communications with Bupa Group.
- Manage the TPRM Oversight Committee.
- Monitor regulatory developments and emerging risks.
- Oversee monitoring, control testing and remediation activity.
- Lead concentration risk reporting.
- Design and deliver TPRM training.
What We're Looking For
- A subject matter expert in TPRM, experienced in working for an international complex regulated business.
- A deep knowledge and understanding of TPRM frameworks and regulations.
- Experience of leading and managing a high-performing TPRM team.
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk management and governance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within matrix organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational delivery.
