The 3 Stories is looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to take overall. responsibility for our busy bar, food and entertainment venue in Sunderland.
We're looking for someone who can lead the team, control the business and drive it forward.
The role will include:
- Managing and developing the management team and staff
- Recruitment, training and rotas- Food and bar operations- Stocktaking, GP, wage and cost control
- Purchasing and supplier negotiations
- EPOS/till systems and financial reporting- Driving sales and profitability
- Overseeing DJs, live music, events and private functions
- Customer service and venue standards and compliance
We're particularly interested in experienced General Managers, Deputy GMs, Pub Managers or Bar Managers from busy hospitality venues.
You should be commercially minded, confident managing people and comfortable taking full responsibility for the performance of the venue.
A Personal Licence would be an advantage.
This is not a 9–5 position. The successful candidate must be available for evenings, weekends and key events.

Pay: £44,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
