About Kixx
Kixx provides fun and engaging football sessions for children aged 18 months to 10 years. Our sessions help children develop their football ability, confidence, teamwork and social skills in a positive and encouraging environment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable football coach to join our growing team at Kixx Redditch.
The role
You will deliver enjoyable, age-appropriate football sessions to young children. This includes setting up activities, engaging with parents, encouraging every child and creating a safe environment where children of all abilities can thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering structured Kixx football sessions
- Creating a fun, energetic and welcoming environment
- Supporting children with different abilities and confidence levels
- Setting up and packing away equipment
- Communicating professionally with parents and venue staff
- Following Kixx safeguarding and health and safety procedures
- Representing Kixx positively at all times
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will be:
- Enthusiastic, confident and dependable
- Comfortable working with children aged 18 months to 10 years
- Able to communicate well with children and parents
- Patient, encouraging and energetic
- Available on Friday evenings, Saturday mornings and/or Sunday mornings
- Able to travel reliably to venues across Redditch
- Willing to complete any required training
Previous football coaching or childcare experience is preferred, but full guidance and session support can be provided to the right person.
A recognised coaching qualification, safeguarding certificate, first-aid qualification and enhanced DBS check would be beneficial. Successful applicants will be required to complete the appropriate safeguarding and DBS requirements before working independently.
